Job summary

Sii Poland in Tychy seeks an experienced process engineer to optimize assembly production processes, provide production support, and solve process issues. You will join our internal unit implementing industrial engineering projects and work on-site in Tychy.

The role requires deep automotive process knowledge, 7+ years of experience, and fluency in Polish with good English. Lean initiatives and continuous improvement are central to this position.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced process engineer to join our team in Tychy. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving assembly production processes, providing technical support for production, and solving process issues. You will also become part of our internal unit specialized in implementing industrial engineering projects.

The role requires on-site work at the location in Tychy.

Your tasks

• Optimization and improvement of assembly production processes
• Providing technical support for production and solving process issues

Requirements
