Sii Poland seeks Electricians / Electrical Installation Fitters to work on Data Center projects in Poland and abroad. You will assemble electrical infrastructure, lay and connect cables, and prepare installations for testing and acceptance.

Role requires readiness to travel around 70% of time within Poland and internationally; SEP E certification up to 1 kV and strong health and safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support testing, acceptance, quality checks and nonconformity reporting.

Job description

We are looking for Electricians / Electrical Installation Fitters to work on Data Center projects in Poland and abroad. If you have experience in electrical, telecommunication, or industrial installations, can read technical documentation, and are ready to work on international projects, this offer may be for you.

In this role, you will participate in building the electrical infrastructure of Data Centers, including assembling cable routes, laying and connecting cables, installing switchboards, cabinets, PDU/PDB, grounding, and preparing installations for testing and acceptance.

This role requires readiness to travel within Poland and abroad for about 70% of working time.

Your tasks

• Assembly and construction of Data Center electrical infrastructure according to technical documentation
• Creating cable routes: trays, ladders, mesh routes, installations under the ceiling and under the raised floor
• Laying, labeling, and connecting electrical and telecommunication cables
• Installation of switchboards, electrical cabinets, PDU/PDB, panels, and electrical equipment
• Performing basic electrical connections, grounding, and equipotential bonding
• Supporting the installation of UPS systems, BMS, busbars, and auxiliary Data Center infrastructure
• Participating in installation tests and preparing work for acceptance
• Quality control of completed work, cable labeling, reporting non-conformities, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation work: electrical, telecommunication, industrial automation, or similar fields
• Experience in assembling cable routes and laying cabling
• Ability to read technical documentation, electrical schematics, and cable plans
• Knowledge of basic principles of low-voltage electrical installation assembly
• Understanding of grounding and equipotential bonding principles
• SEP E certification up to 1 kV
• Communicative English language skills
• Willingness to work on assignments in Poland and abroad for about 70% of working time
• Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to quality of work
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction site standards
• Fluent Polish language skills required

Nice to have

• Previous experience on Data Center projects
• Knowledge of Data Center power infrastructure: UPS, STS/ATS, PDU, generators, busbar
• Experience in assembling rack cabinets, PDU/PDB, or switchboards
• Knowledge of EN 50600 standards or Uptime Institute Tier Standard
• Experience working with structured cabling or fiber optics
• SEP E certification above 1 kV or SEP D
• Certificates in structured cabling, e.g., BICSI
• UDT/IPAF/MEWP certifications
• Communicative German language skills
