Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced Electricians / Electrical Fitters to work on Data Center projects in Poland and Europe. You will join project teams on modern hyperscale facilities, with domestic and international travel around 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician, electrical fitter, or installation technician on industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• At least 6 months of confirmed Data Center project experience.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of LV installations, grounding, equipotential bonding, and basic electrical measurements.
• Experience in fiber optic installations and structured cabling.
• Fluent English and Polish language proficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Willingness to work at heights and adhere to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install cable management systems and supporting structures.
• Lay, mark, and connect electrical and telecommunications cables, and perform terminations.
• Install and connect distribution boards, cabinets, PDU/PDB, and electrical equipment.
• Perform grounding installations and equipotential bonding connections.
• Support UPS, ATS/STS, BMS systems and other power infrastructure.
• Perform basic electrical measurements, testing, commissioning, and handover.

You will participate in the implementation of projects for international clients, collaborating with project and execution teams on modern hyperscale and colocation Data Center facilities.

The job involves domestic and international travel for about 70% of the working time.

Your tasks

• Installation of cable management systems and supporting structures
• Laying, marking, and connecting electrical and telecommunication cables, performing cable terminations
• Installation and connection of distribution boards, cabinets, PDU/PDB, and electrical equipment
• Performing grounding installations and equipotential bonding connections
• Support in the installation of UPS, ATS/STS, BMS systems, and other power infrastructure
• Performing basic electrical measurements and control activities
• Participation in testing, commissioning, technical acceptance, and handover of installations for operation
• Quality control of completed work, troubleshooting, and updating as-built documentation
• Ensuring the highest quality standards required on critical infrastructure projects

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician, electrical fitter, or electrical installation technician on industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• At least 6 months of confirmed experience in Data Center projects
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation
• Knowledge of low voltage (LV) installations, grounding, equipotential bonding, and basic electrical measurements
• Experience in fiber optic installations and structured cabling
• SEP / G1 E certification up to 1 kV
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Fluent knowledge of Polish
• Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international assignments
• Willingness to work at heights
• Accuracy, responsibility, and adherence to safety regulations

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Data Center energy infrastructure, including UPS, ATS/STS, PDU, PDB, generators, and busbars
• Familiarity with EN 50600 standards
• SEP / G1 certification in control and measurement, SEP D or above 1 kV
• Category B driving license
• Knowledge of German
• UDT certification for operating mobile platforms
• Category B driving license
