Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to own end-to-end material planning, aligning supply plans with production needs and supplier capabilities. You will manage MRP processes, drive supplier collaboration, and use data-driven insights to mitigate risks and ensure material availability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Deep understanding of MRP, material flow, supplier scheduling and inventory management.
• Proven track record in managing supply networks with cost and inventory optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end material planning translating plans into executable schedules.
• Own MRP processes with accurate master data and global standard alignment.
• Drive supplier collaboration and performance management to secure material availability.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks using analytics and scenario modeling.
• Lead exception management for shortages, late deliveries and inventory imbalances.
• Optimize planning parameters to improve forecast accuracy and reduce waste.
• Provide analytics and reporting for KPIs and senior stakeholder reviews.
