Job summary

Mondelēz International in Warszawa is seeking a Supply Planner to manage mid- to long-term material requirements and IBP/S&OP processes. You will coordinate with various functions to ensure material availability and optimal planning performance across internal and external suppliers.

In this role you will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to improve fill rates, reduce waste, and maintain data integrity in planning systems.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop short-term and long-term materials planning for items produced internally and externally.
• Actively support short-term material availability issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.
• Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) raw/pack inventory levels, compliance to schedule (CTS), material write off.
• Collaboration with Procurement, Supply Planning, Manufacturing for material optimization.
• Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply/materials planning.
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs.

You will deliver on the medium- to long-term (9-12 months) forecast of material requirements to suppliers, managing activities related to mid- to long-term material needs for assigned suppliers/materials across the region. Your responsibilities will also include tracking the contract coverage position and raising new requisitions to procurement. The role further requires identifying risks and opportunities in medium-term material supply plans, driving dialogue and escalation as needed.

• Team player who can work with many other functions daily.
