We are currently looking for Supply Chain Specialists for our newly established Planning Services Centre in Oleśnica near Wrocław. The Planning Services Centre in Oleśnica is a newly established hub designed to streamline and enhance our supply chain operations across Europe. The Planning Services Centre serves as the central point for all supply chain planning activities, including Transport Planning, Material Planning, and Supply Planning- Master Production Scheduling.
The Material Planner is responsible for managing material call-offs within the central supply chain function. This role involves close collaboration with the Central Supply Planner, Site Production Scheduler, Central Transport Planner, and cross-functional teams working collaboratively with Material Call Off. The primary objective is to ensure timely and complete material call-offs, enabling the achievement of committed output (OTIF).

Alerts Management: Oversee alerts in the call‑off process, including rescheduling, monitoring over‑coverage, under‑coverage, and short reporting.
Ordering Process: Manage the conversion of purchase requisitions to purchase orders, ensure timely communication of purchase orders to suppliers, and confirm receipt of supplier acknowledgments.
Metrics Review: Conduct daily reviews of key metrics, including inbound deliveries, material concerns, escalations, and purchase orders pending supplier confirmation.
Communication: Coordinate internal and external communications through SAP Cockpits, email, and Teams, ensuring clear, respectful, and inclusive dialogue across all stakeholders.
Tolling and Sub‑Contracting: Support tolling and subcontracting processes, including dispatching materials to suppliers and updating component details in purchase orders where applicable.
Supplier Performance: Monitor and maintain supplier OTIF (On‑Time In‑Full) performance, elevate issues to the Category Material Planner when necessary, and document reasoning codes for any failures.
Master Data Maintenance: Review and flag required updates to relevant master data for SKUs, including managing NPI (New Product Introduction) impacts on call‑off processes in collaboration with the Planning Data Analyst.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in Material Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Care. We welcome candidates from diverse educational and career pathways.
Experience: First experience in Supply Chain Planning or Procurement, Customer Care. Transferable skills from related roles are valued.
Industry/Sector Experience: Experience in the Food Ingredients, Flavours, or Beverage industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. We encourage applicants from varied sectors who can bring fresh perspectives.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is beneficial but not essential).
Strong Excel skills are required.
Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages (such as German, French, or Spanish) is considered an asset.
