Job summary

Woodward Aken GmbH is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed production schedules across the manufacturing network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, monitor progress, and adjust plans to keep on track with deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and strong ERP skills, plus fluency in English and Polish. You will optimize labor and materials, monitor inventory, and report on performance to support management decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in SCM/Engineering/BA.
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Ability to develop and maintain production schedules.
Ability to align master production schedules with the supply plan.
Ability to allocate labor, materials and resources.
Good English and Polish language skills.
Nice to have APICS inventory management courses.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that meet requirements and support timely manufacturing and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect information for scheduling.
Monitor production performance against the schedule and update plans as needed.
Analyze scheduling data and prepare reports for management decisions.
Support allocation of labor, materials and other resources to optimize productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturing to maintain optimal stock.
Identify scheduling conflicts and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
