Job summary

Nestlé's Planning Service Center in Warsaw or Barcelona is seeking a Master Data Steward to manage master data rules and standards, ensuring data quality enables DSP teams to operate on time and to the highest standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Certification in data management (e.g., Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals) is a plus.
• At least 2 years of data management or data-quality experience.
• Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of PSC processes and data governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and govern master data rules, standards and templates for DSP processes.
• Ensure master data readiness to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with Excellence Stewards to maintain data standards across the PSC.
• Oversee master data quality through health checks and corrective actions.
• Monitor data quality KPIs and identify root causes of issues.
• Identify, prioritize and drive automation opportunities in data maintenance and quality-control.
• Act as main point of contact for master data topics between PSC and markets.
• Assess data requirements for new processes and system changes.
• Support achievement of master data quality targets for completeness and accuracy.
• Help prevent disruptions due to missing or incorrect master data.
• Reduce manual effort via automated data-quality checks.
