We are looking for a candidate with:

• Knowledge of English and French at least C1 level - essential for client communication purposes
• At least 2 years of experience in Master Data as a main process
• F&A OTC experience would be asset
• University graduate
• Very good knowledge of excel (Preparing reports, VLOOKUP, PIVOTS, INDIRECT)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to assess credit risks and manage accounts effectively

Your key activities:

• Create, update, and maintain vendors’, clients’ master data in the system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely processing of master data requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
• Conduct regular data validation and cleansing activities to maintain high-quality master data
• Resolve queries
• Prepare reports when required by the Supervisor
• To contact the Supervisor as soon as possible if there is a potential problem
