Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Poznań is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive stakeholder communications across a global context.

The role requires 5+ years of IT project management, SAP project experience, and excellent English. A permanent contract is offered after probation, with an office-based role in Poznań and opportunities for international travel.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions in complex global environments.
  • Certifications: Prince2 Practitioner (preferred) or PMP. Agile certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or in SAP projects.
  • Experience leading SAP core modules implementations (SD, MM, PP, LES, FI or CO) or optional modules (WM, QM or PM), SAP roll-outs, intralogistics, warehouse processes or related ERP hardware.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia, depending on project needs.
  • Excellent English (spoken & written).

Your future team:

You will join the Digital Governance and Transformation team at ROCKWOOL, a diverse and international group of IT Project Managers driving strategic digital initiatives across the organization. We work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects in a structured and collaborative way. What you will be doing:
  • Lead IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to successful delivery

  • Experience in leading at least one of the SAP core modules implementations (SD, MM, PP, LES, FI or CO) or optional modules (WM, QM or PM), SAP roll-outs, intralogistics, warehouse processes or associated ERP hardware, such as scanners and label printers, is an advantage.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging diverse audiences. Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with key business partners.

  • Experience working in global and multicultural environments.

  • Willingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia, depending on project needs.

  • Excellent English (spoken & written).
