Job summary

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is offering an Intern, Master Data position within our Procurement & Finance Operations team. You will gain hands-on experience by helping create and maintain Vendor, Customer, Product and Bank Master Data across multiple entities.

The internship emphasizes learning, collaboration, and contributing to improvements while working in a dynamic office environment in Krakow.

Qualifications

• Currently studying
• Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance (Master Data)
• Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
• Caring for details
• Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Very good English (B2)
• Availability: minimum 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Supporting creation and updating of Vendor, Customer, Product and Bank Master Data in accordance with defined processes.
• Responding to queries from range of stakeholders via different channels (ServiceNow/Outlook/Phone).
• Supporting implementation of any change and/or improvement initiatives.
• Various ad hoc support duties to assist with all areas of our Procurement & Finance Operations department.
