Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining Customer and Vendor Master Data records in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Reviewing and validating documentation required for master data creation and modifications.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and data quality standards.
• Supporting Cash Collection activities through customer follow-up and communication regarding overdue invoices.
• Assisting in resolving customer inquiries related to payments and account information.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting activities.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers across different countries.
