The ideal candidate excels in written English, can research topics, understand audiences, and create relevant marketing content with minimal reliance on generic AI copy. Flexible hours possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing VA or similar role.
• Strong written English and copywriting ability.
• Experience creating newsletters, marketing emails, social content and personalised outreach messages.
• Familiarity with Canva and content management systems.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for research and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Research, create, edit, and repurpose marketing content including newsletters, email campaigns, outreach messages, social media posts, blogs and case studies.
• Plan, schedule, and optimise email campaigns and newsletters; monitor performance and improve engagement through testing.
• Research target industries and decision-makers to build prospect lists and support lead generation.
• Develop personalised outreach based on prospect research and manage follow-up sequences.
• Maintain CRM records, marketing databases, campaign trackers, and reports.
• Assist with general marketing administration and day-to-day campaign execution.
