Job summary

Bejamas is seeking a Marketing Technology Consultant to help clients unlock value from digital platforms and tools we build and integrate. You’ll analyze their marketing stack, data and touchpoints, identifying opportunities and shaping practical proposals that drive measurable results.

You’ll work with marketing, digital and commercial stakeholders, translating ambitions into concrete recommendations and commercially sound solutions.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• Understand the fundamentals of marketing and how activity translates into commercial results
• Comfortable discussing attribution, conversion, personas and audience segmentation
• Hands-on experience with modern marketing technologies
• Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Piwik, PostHog, Search Console, Screaming Frog, heatmap analytics and personalization platforms
• Comfortable working with headless CMS platforms and their impact on KPIs
• AI-native mindset and curiosity about what can be built with AI
• Experience connecting tools, building simple automations or AI workflows; MCPs a plus
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities by analysing client marketing stacks, data and touchpoints to propose improvements
• Turn ideas into concrete proposals and present them to clients, balancing technical feasibility with commercial impact
• Stay close to technology across CMS, SEO, analytics, personalization, automation and AI-powered workflows
