Job summary

ActiveCampaign is expanding its Kraków Hub by hiring a Software Engineer to build production-grade AI agents for autonomous marketing. The role spans prompt design, backend orchestration, and frontend integration, delivering end-to-end agent workflows across the platform.

You will work with Python for agent services and contribute to PHP/React/Ember integration with core systems. We seek engineers who ship fast, measure impact, and iterate with high ownership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a software engineering role.
• Hands-on experience building and running AI agents or agentic workflows in production.
• Experience with agent evaluation and performance optimization.
• Solid backend development skills in Python; familiarity with PHP a plus.
• Understanding of how to build reliable, testable, and observable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI agents and autonomous marketing workflows.
• Implement multi-step agentic flows with LLM orchestration and integration with platform services.
• Develop and maintain agent evaluation pipelines and quality metrics.
• Ensure observability, reliability, and performance of agent services in production.
