Job Outline:

The MPSR will become an expert in obtaining the fastest and best possible pricing for a particular set of assigned Manufacturers and products in every single case and needs to develop the most effective methodologies for doing this. This will require relationships to be built both internally at Future and externally with Suppliers, product, market , competition and cost knowledge is to be developed and workload needs to be actively managed alongside the development of relevant system expertise.

What the role involves:

• To prepare, submit, obtain and convert optimal local cost pricing issued by Future’s supplier base in a timely manner. This is primarily done through on-line systems in place with both Future and the Manufacturer.
• The MPSR should understand what the cost obtained represents and how it compares to that available to the competition and in the wider marketplace.
• Understands the implication of Suppliers’ terms and conditions for ‘broken cost’ type quotes and relays this appropriately
• Develops a deep and thorough expertise of all relevant systems in active use within Future and Suppliers. Understands how to lever this in order to achieve the optimal cost points
• Proactively investigate and identify if Future has the Design Registration on any eligible opportunities. Understand the Design Registration program for assigned Manufacturers
• Proactively manage workload in conjunction with other team members to ensure timely responses are provided to Future London and service agreements are maintained
• Drive, measure and improve response times from Suppliers on requests submitted. Holds suppliers accountable for delivering timely and appropriate responses
• Develop knowledge and / or strong relationships with relevant Manufacturers, products, markets, Future London and assigned Sales regions

Do you have:

• Competent in Microsoft packages
• Fluent in Polish/English
• Ideally with some semiconductor or passive industry experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive approach
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Able to organise, prioritise and work quickly, efficiently on multitask basis under pressure
