Marketing Manager (B2B IT)
Hybrid from Gdańsk - Full‑time B2B contract (8000 – 10500 PLN/month)
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will help us tell our story better, louder, and to the right audience.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a data‑driven B2B marketing strategy aimed at acquiring new international clients.
- Manage lead generation campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, paid media, SEO, and content).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support outbound efforts and improve conversion funnels.
- Strengthen Scalac’s brand presence in strategic markets (especially the USA and Europe)
- Oversee content marketing: case studies, landing pages, thought leadership.
- Manage internal team members and external contractors/agencies.
- Attend international tech events, webinars, and networking meetups (online and offline).
Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who can connect strategy with execution — a marketer who understands the complexity of B2B sales in tech and knows how to attract the right clients at the right moment. Ideally, you bring:
- Hands‑on experience in B2B marketing for IT/tech services, ideally in an outsourcing, software development, or consulting environment (at least 4 years)
- A track record of designing and running successful lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads, email, etc.).
- Excellent English skills – written and spoken (C1 level), as you'll be working with international markets daily.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and understanding the dynamics of cycle B2B sales funnel.
- A mindset focused on ownership, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proactiveness, independence, and a result‑driven attitude.
It Would Be Great If You Also
- Have worked with clients in international markets – especially the US, Europe
- Understand technical audiences (developers, CTOs, engineering managers) and how to speak their language.
- Have experience in fast‑growing environments like scale‑ups, product agencies, or consultancy firms.
- Are comfortable working independently, but enjoy cross‑functional collaboration.
