About the job Marketing Expert (relocation to Lisbon)

Location: Lisbon, City Center
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, 2 days off per week)

About the Role

Join our team as a Marketing Expert Representative supporting the Polish market! You'll work with an industry-leading client, helping small and medium businesses (SMBs) achieve their advertising goals while expanding your own skill set in an innovative, fast‑paced environment. As part of our top‑performing sales team, you'll be a vital resource in driving client success by connecting businesses with tailored advertising solutions that maximize their growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to new and existing clients by phone and email to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Business Development: Acquire new advertisers within the SMB segment, helping them navigate and succeed within the digital advertising landscape.
  • Consultative Sales: Offer expert advertising solutions and personalized recommendations by leveraging client data, helping them meet business objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify clients for transfer to skilled Account Managers, setting them up for long‑term success.
  • Product Feedback: Capture customer insights and share them internally, contributing to the continuous improvement of advertising products.
  • Tools and Systems: Utilize MS Excel, Salesforce, and other CRM tools to efficiently manage and track client interactions.
What We Offer
  • Training: Comprehensive 12‑day onboarding program (in English) to ensure your success.
  • Salary Options:
  • Option 1: 1,227.33 EUR, which includes the base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, and a food allowance.
  • Option 2: 1,040.66 EUR gross per month, which includes room allowance, base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, and a food allowance.
  • Relocation Support:
    • Airport pick‑up and assistance with Portuguese registration.
    • Flight cost reimbursement upon arrival and yearly complimentary two‑way ticket (within the EU).
    • Company‑rented accommodation for 14 months in a fully equipped, furnished apartment.

Compensation & Additional Information
  • Training Compensation: 92.80 EUR per week for the duration of the training.
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with shifts confirmed 4 weeks in advance for better planning.
  • Accommodation: Company‑provided shared apartments, including all expenses covered (water, gas, electricity, internet).
