Job summary

CFE in Warsaw is seeking a dynamic events and marketing coordinator to organise corporate events, trade fairs, conferences and guest visits. You will create marketing content, manage internal and external communications, and coordinate CSR initiatives, working with agencies, suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires English proficiency for international communications, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and willingness to work during peak event periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and maintain budget discipline.
• Independence with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to remain calm and work effectively under time pressure.
• Communicative level of English (for contact with the Group, international delegations, and foreign guests).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Availability to work during events, particularly during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating corporate events, trade fairs, conferences, as well as visits by guests and delegations.
• Creating marketing content and materials while ensuring a consistent brand image.
• Managing external and internal communications, including the company's LinkedIn profile, newsletters, and employee announcements.
• Coordinating CSR activities, community initiatives, and sports events.
• Collaborating with agencies, printing companies, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Managing marketing schedules and budgets, and monitoring market trends.
