London Stock Exchange Group in Gdynia, Poland is seeking a Data Analyst in the Fixed Income team to monitor market events, maintain bond data, and engage with market participants. The role offers exposure to multiple internal systems and collaboration with various teams to enable data-driven decisions and automation projects.

The position you are applying for is Data Analyst in Fixed Income team. You will join the team of around 30 colleagues in multiple locations in Europe (core location in Gdynia, Poland). Altogether, your major responsibility will be to monitor market events and maintenance of bonds, develop relationship with market participants, perform quality control checks and respond to client questions. You will also be using our internal databases, applications, and products. You will be much exposed to partner with a number of internal teams, which makes this job diverse and gives opportunity to learn constantly.
It is imperative to be able to present the accurate info about adjustments to convertible bonds as soon as those are announced in our flagship product, Workspace. Our customers, mostly international banks and asset managers, take advantage of your expertise to take their business decisions every day.
As Fixed Income team, we are monitoring sources for fixed income instruments across all markets globally, and updating terms and conditions in our database. We are responsible for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness. We have an expectation of effective work within the team and by ourselves, proactively identifying and resolving problems, as well as responding to client queries. We collaborate with Fixed Income SMAs and Specialists. On an occasion Data Analysts are involved in projects to gain more experience as content analysts. There is also plenty of opportunities to work closely on automations and to collaborate with database developers (e.g. providing feedback).
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 73,100 zł - 116,900 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
