You will lead projects, implement new machines, optimize processes and ergonomics, develop documentation, and collaborate with other departments in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, production or maintenance.
• Knowledge of technical drawing.
• Experience with industrial mechanics and automation.
• Production tooling design experience.
• English language proficiency.
• Excellent organization and prioritization.
• Experience with 3D printing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and implement improvement measures.
• Define and optimize production parameters.
• Lead or participate in project teams.
• Assist in implementing new products, machines, and equipment.
• Optimize machines, processes and ergonomics.
• Audit processes for compliance with standards.
• Develop production documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Prepare reports, summaries and calculations for the team.
