Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service, preferably with retail chains.
• English – advanced is required.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Experience with project management tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the Key Account Manager on client management.
• Lead new projects and supervise product implementation.
• Ongoing client communication.
• Work with client's technical documentation.
• Prepare sales analyses.
• Support marketing with surveys, promos, trends.
• Prepare samples and patterns for clients.
• Report status of implementation works.

Your responsibilities

• Cooperation with the Key Account Manager in client management
• Conducting new projects, supervising the implementation of new products
• Ongoing communication with clients
• Working with the client's technical documentation
• Preparing sales analyses
• Marketing support in creating new projects (price surveys, promotional analyses, market trends, etc.)
• Preparing samples and patterns for clients
• Reporting the current status of implementation works

Our requirements

• 1 year of experience in the Sales Department, Marketing Department or Customer Service Department, especially with retail chains, is desirable.
• English – advanced – a necessary condition
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience in managing projects and tools used for project management is desirable
