ARCH is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to drive a high-performing One Arch culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. You will lead Safety, Production, Engineering, and Quality, ensuring efficient production schedules, facility operations, and meeting customer requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in supervisory manufacturing roles, CNC experience, and strong Lean knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent related experience.
• 7+ years of experience in progressive supervisory roles in a manufacturing environment; strong preference for medical device industry, preferably with precision machined products.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC experience with lathes & mills.
• Foundational knowledge of Lean Principles is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Direct daily manufacturing operations to ensure achievement of production, quality, delivery, cost, and safety objectives.
• Establish, monitor and drive key performance indicators; develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and on-time customer delivery.
• Drive Lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, Daily Management) and establish accountability systems for continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute capacity, staffing, and facility plans to support growth and customer demands.
