Your Mission
Build a brand-new plant from the ground up: Eurofit is setting up a greenfield site in Jawor/ Poland – and we're looking for the Manufacturing Manager to shape it from day one.
As our Manufacturing Manager you will build and lead our Production and Maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient & lean manufacturing operations, meeting productivity, quality and delivery targets while ensuring compliance with EHS and group standards.
You will report to the Plant Manager and are the local process owner of the following processes: Production & Maintenance.
Your Responsibilities
Production Management
- Own manufacturing KPIs and ensure alignment and consistency across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Process functions.
- Define and drive the manufacturing performance roadmap aligned with plant and group strategy.
- Lead, coordinate and prioritize production activities in line with plant targets and group strategy.
- Define and implement optimal shifting models and staff planning.
Maintenance Management
- Ensure proper maintenance of all plant assets (machinery, tooling, buildings and facilities).
- Define and implement the preventive and predictive maintenance plan through CMMS.
- Define and monitor spare parts inventory and obsolescence management through CMMS.
- Provide technical support and guidance to Production and Maintenance teams.
- Lead escalation and prioritization of critical incidents impacting production.
- Ensure robustness and standardization of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions across the plant.
Quality & Process Capability
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and customer requirements (IATF/ISO).
- Cooperate with the Quality Manager to ensure a capable and robust manufacturing process.
- Monitor performance against targets and ensure proper reporting to Plant Management Team and HQ.
People Management & EHS
- Lead and supervise Production and Maintenance teams, including performance review and development of direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, group procedures, and legal requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement and accountability.
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical background
- 3+ years of management experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Solid know-how in lean, KPI management, maintenance systems and IATF/ISO
- Technical understanding of electrics, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial communications
- A leader who takes ownership, leads by example and brings different functions together
- Fluent Polish and English; other European languages are a plus
