Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking professionals to join the BTS department, supporting manufacturing clients with implementation and digital transformation initiatives across machinery, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors. You will collaborate with business analysts, IT architects and project managers to bridge business needs with IT solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing (machinery, pharmacy or automotive).
• Familiar with IT world, understands software development concepts, participated in IT system rollouts.
• Knowledge of Digital Manufacturing, Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, Shop Floor Integration, Edge Computing and their business impact.
• Experience with IT systems supporting production and/or logistics (ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is an asset.
• Good at communication, helping business partners and gaining attention for ideas.
• Proficient in English (B2+); German is welcome.
• Strong analytical thinking to structure processes and propose business-aligned solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consulting and roll-out projects for manufacturing clients.
• Organize and moderate meetings/workshops with client representatives to gather requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes and IT systems to propose changes and optimizations.
• Cooperate with customers, technology experts and development teams to design new solutions.
• Define requirements and create specifications for new IT systems or changes.
• Present and discuss solution ideas with stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to new offers.
• Mentor less experienced consultants and lead consulting teams.
