Capgemini Polska is seeking a Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) analyst to bridge business objectives with IT solutions. You will gather requirements, craft user stories, and guide both clients and delivery teams through digital transformations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business analysis within IT projects.
Solid experience in requirements analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with internal and/or external clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; flexible collaboration.
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Ability to work in international, distributed teams.
Very good command of German (B2/C1) and English (B1+).
High responsibility and well organized.
Proactiveness and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
Lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication with clients.
Manage and oversee business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Define and structure business requirements as clear user stories.
Document requirements using diagrams, models, and process flows.
Own the business perspective of implemented functionalities.
Mentor and support junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Support development teams by clarifying requirements to meet client expectations.
