Job summary

Domar, a Polish manufacturing leader and part of the CSG Group, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support growth across the group. This hands-on role combines financial management, accounting oversight, manufacturing controlling, and active participation in daily operations.

You will drive reporting, controlling, and finance processes while enabling successful integration into the CSG Group and future ERP development projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and accounting.
• Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Hands-on approach and ability to work across functions.
• ERP implementation or transformation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and oversee the overall financial management of the company.
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
• Advance finance processes, reporting standards, and organisational capabilities in line with business needs and CSG Group standards.
• Lead, support, and develop the finance team.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and management team.
• Oversee accounting, controlling, treasury, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly performance reviews.
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives within the finance function.
• Support ERP implementation and finance systems development initiatives.
• Monitor inventory valuation and support inventory optimisation initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function of Domar and support the company’s continued growth within CSG Group.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining financial management, accounting oversight, manufacturing controlling, group reporting, and active participation in the day-to-day operation of the business.

The position offers the opportunity to develop reporting, controlling, finance processes, and business performance management while supporting the company’s continued integration into CSG Group.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Leadership

• Lead the finance function and oversee the overall financial management of the company.
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
• Further develop finance processes, reporting standards, and organisational capabilities in line with business needs and CSG Group standards.
• Lead, support, and develop the finance team.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and management team.
• Oversee accounting, controlling, treasury, cash flow, and financial planning activities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly performance reviews.
• Further develop financial and manufacturing controlling capabilities.
• Analyse manufacturing costs, margins, profitability, and operational performance.
• Monitor inventory valuation and support inventory optimisation initiatives.
• Develop management reporting, financial KPIs, and performance monitoring tools.
• Evaluate capital expenditure projects and support investment decision-making.

Group Reporting & Integration

• Support the ongoing integration of finance processes and reporting within CSG Group.
• Implement group finance standards, processes, and internal controls.
• Cooperate closely with Group Finance, Treasury, Controlling, and Tax teams.
• Support the implementation and development of group reporting tools, including OneStream.
• Play a leading role in future ERP implementation and finance systems development initiatives.
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives within the finance function.

Treasury & Banking Relationships

• Lead relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners.
• Support cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management.
• Participate in financing and treasury-related initiatives.

Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of statutory accounting and financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with Polish regulations and internal group requirements.
• Support audit, tax, and compliance activities across the organisation.

Business Partnering

• Support operational and commercial decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and cost management.
• Cooperate closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and other departments to improve financial and operational performance.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of financial management incl. accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with manufacturing finance, product costing, inventory management, margin analysis, and operational performance management.
• Experience developing or improving finance processes, reporting, or controlling functions.
• Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work effectively across different business functions.
• Experience in a growing manufacturing company, business transformation, ERP implementation, or organisational change is considered an advantage.

Language Requirements

• Fluent Polish (mandatory)
• Czech language is an advantage
