Woodward Inc. in Poland is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead customer-facing workstreams within international production transfer programs, coordinating customer requirements and APQP deliverables.

You will manage quality and compliance topics, provide clear visibility of readiness, risks, actions and decisions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product, process, tooling, documentation, capacity and quality readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in aerospace, automotive or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience managing production transfers and industrialization.
• Knowledge of APQP, Part-145, and customer-specific quality deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-facing workstreams for international production transfers and post-transfer industrialization.
• Own the plan for customer requirements and APQP deliverables with timing, status, evidence and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of product, process, tooling, documentation, capacity and quality.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risk registers and decision records.
• Prepare concise status updates covering progress, risks, decisions and backlog.
