Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electrical or battery testing within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with high-voltage testing and understanding of Li-Ion battery protection fundamentals.
• Proven experience developing and implementing electrical test processes in production.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop electrical test equipment and process requirement specifications.
• Lead equipment fine-tuning, debugging, and test adjustments during commissioning.
• Train test and maintenance technicians.
