Job summary

SOFTSWISS ищет QA-инженера для команды iGaming Platform. Вы будете анализировать требования, готовить тестовую документацию, выполнять ручное тестирование веб и мобильных приложений, участвовать в приемке фич и сопровождать качество на всем цикле разработки.

Требуется 3+ года опыта QA, знание методик QA, умение писать тест-планы и тест-кейсы, опыт работы с TestRail, Jira и другими инструментами, владение англ. языком на уровне B2+, русский — носитель.

Qualifications

• Опыт 3+ лет в QA.
• Знание методик, инструментов и процессов QA.
• Умение писать тест-планы и тест-кейсы.
• Опыт работы с TestRail, Xray или Zephyr.
• Понимание SDLC и Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Навыки работы с браузерными инструментами разработчика, анализ сети и отладка.
• Опыт в системе дефект-треккинга (Jira).
• Английский не ниже B2+, русский — носитель.
• Опыт тестирования мобильных приложений (iOS/Android).
• Опционально: автоматизация тестирования (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).

Responsibilities

• Анализ требований к фичам и участие в планировании.
• Подготовка тестовой документации: тест-кейсы, чек-листы, тест-планы.
• Ручное тестирование Веб/Мобильных приложений (Android/iOS, PWAs).
• Участие в приемке фич перед релизами.
• Поддержка базы тестов в TestRail.
• Участие в Scrum церемониях: ежедневные стендапы, планирование, ретроспективы.
• Коммуникация с разработчиками, дизайнерами и PO об выявленных проблемах.
• Участие в улучшении QA-процессов и внутренних стандартов.
• Гарантия качества на протяжении всего цикла разработки ПО.
• Выявление и помощь в раннем решении проблем для стабильных релизов.

Задачи

• Analyze feature requirements and participate in planning sessions;
• Prepare test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test plans;
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications for Android and iOS, as well as PWAs;
• Participate in feature acceptance processes before releases;
• Maintain and update the test base in TestRail;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, grooming, retrospectives, and planning;
• Communicate with developers, designers, and the PO about identified issues;
• Contribute to improving QA processes and internal standards;
• Ensure product quality and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Identify and help resolve issues early to support continuous improvements and high-quality releases.

Требования

• 3+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance;
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr;
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
• Knowledge of browser developer tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques;
• Proficiency in defect tracking systems such as Jira;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience working in regulated environments such as gambling, banking, or health tech;
• Strong ownership mindset and a proactive approach to quality;
• Experience using AI tools for QA activities;
• Good spoken and written English at B2+ level or higher;
• Native-level Russian proficiency;
• Nice to have: experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO;
• experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
