The role requires extensive QS experience, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of contract forms and procurement. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management are essential. Professional membership (RICS) is highly desirable.

We are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Building team, supporting the commercial delivery of projects across the south east. You will lead a commercial team, providing direction, mentoring, and oversight while working closely with operational and leadership teams to maximise value and protect margin. This role offers significant autonomy and influence across project and business unit performance.
