Qualifications

• Experience working for a Main Contractor is essential.
• Experience within residential construction is advantageous.
• Understanding of cost control and commercial management is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor with the commercial management of the project.
• Assist with subcontract procurement and account management.
• Assist with cost reporting and forecasting.
• Support the management of variations and commercial change.
• Assist with valuations and payment processes.
• Support subcontractor management and final accounts.
• Monitor costs and commercial performance.
• Assist with commercial risk and opportunity management.
