Flex Wind is seeking an experienced Manager of Warehouse & Fleet to own warehouse and fleet operations across Europe. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Warehouse & Fleet team, ensuring effective task allocation and business continuity.
• Own the Warehouse & Fleet budget, maintaining tight cost control and driving cost reduction.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of new processes, systems, and solutions.
• Implement Lean tools to optimise processes and improve productivity.
• Build strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders to support project delivery.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager of Warehouse & Fleet to take ownership of warehouse and fleet operations across Europe.

This role combines operational leadership with responsibility for improving existing processes, implementing new solutions and ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations supporting our European projects and Service Lines.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, challenges the status quo and can turn ideas into practical solutions.

Requirements

5+ years in warehouse, logistics or fleet management, including multi-country fleet experience.

2+ years leading a team.

Proven track record of implementing new processes or systems with measurable results in cost, availability or productivity.

Confident with ERP or asset-tracking systems and working from data and KPIs.

Knowledge of PPE and work-at-height equipment inspection and certification.

Proven track record of tight cost control and delivering measurable savings across stock, fleet and procurement.

Strong cost-conscious mindset; you treat every zloty as your own.

Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in cooperation with site teams and operational stakeholders.

Valid driving licence; English B2.
