Role Description

The player-coach. Runs governance AND does hands‑on savings work. Must be a generalist who can pivot across all categories.

• Run Steering Committees and executive governance meetings (like a Director, but at a smaller scale)
• Set savings targets, manage budget, track engagement performance
• Actively lead sourcing work — RFPs, negotiations, product evaluations
• Cover clinical AND non‑clinical categories as needed (med/surg, purchased services, facilities, lab)
• Manage a small team (1-2 direct reports)

Required Skills
