Role Description

• Handles everything that isn\'t a clinical product. Purchased services, facilities, capital, IT items. Contract‑heavy sourcing work.
• Lead sourcing and contract negotiations for purchased services (EVS, food/nutrition, laundry/linen, security, waste management, dialysis services), facilities maintenance, capital equipment, and IT‑related items.
• Structure and execute RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for complex service agreements.
• Analyze spend data and build business cases for savings opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to Value Analysis Committees and leadership.
• Manage support staff (Sr. Consultants, Consultants, Analysts).

Required Skills Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years healthcare supply chain.
• 3+ years managing non-clinical categories (purchased services, facilities, food/nutrition, EVS, capital).
• RFP/RFI/RFQ experience (non-negotiable).
• Contract negotiation experience with service vendors.
• Strong Excel/analytical skills.
