LSEG is seeking a Manager to lead the team's risk governance, issue management and strategic risk projects in the CRO organization in Poland. You will drive ownership and ensure timely remediation.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, coordinate ROC meetings, and contribute to capital and resiliency processes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Issue Management


  • Own and manage the team's book of Significant Issues raised by Product and Engineering, driving tight ownership of action owners and deadlines

Risk Governance


  • Manage the Workflows Risk Operating Committee (ROC), in partnership with the Business Control Officer (BCO), including agenda-setting, materials, minutes, and follow-up on actions

  • Ensure the ROC operates as an effective, well‑run forum for surfacing and challenging risk topics


Strategic Risk Projects


  • Lean into strategic initiatives that affect the team's risk profile (e.g. Entra, OpenFin, AI adoption), representing risk considerations and ensuring appropriate controls and governance are embedded

  • Independently manage the implementation and delivery of risk management projects and initiatives aligned to the Group (e.g. Risk and Control Assessment, Risk Event Management, Governance Reporting)


Capital & Resiliency


  • Support Capital Allocation processes and mandatory Risk & Resiliency requests, ensuring accurate, timely input and documentation


Stakeholder & Team Engagement


  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the CRO organisation and Divisional/Functional partners

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the firm's Risk Profile, relevant rules, legislation, compliance requirements, and external best practice


What We Are Looking For


  • Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complexity for senior audiences and hold a room in a governance meeting

  • Ownership mentality: a natural \"doer\" who jumps in on special situations and ambiguous problems without waiting to be asked

  • Analytical rigor: strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability is a must

  • PMO experience: proven track record running structured project or programme governance (tracking, reporting, follow-ups)

  • Stakeholder management: experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Compensation Information

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 177,900 zł - 281,300 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job‑related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
