Luminator Technology Group seeks a Management System & Sustainability Manager to oversee ongoing quality management across EMEA & APAC. You will manage documentation, lead audits, and drive ISO 9001 and ESG initiatives while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

You will design and revise processes, monitor regulatory changes, and deliver training to ensure consistent management system practice across locations. This role emphasizes data-driven ESG reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in quality management/economics and/or industrial engineering.
• Internal Auditor / Process Auditor qualifications.
• Management System Standards (ISO9001/ISO14001/45001/ISO TS16949/ISO TS22163).
• Audits coordination.
• ESG / Sustainability data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain document control, including business processes and quality documentation.
• Maintain a standardized Quality Management System across Luminator EMEA & APAC.
• Maintain the process landscape and align documentation with customer ESG and environmental reporting requirements.
• Coordinate quality initiatives and drive improvements from audit findings.
• Identify Quality Management System improvements and support ISO 9001 alignment.
• Deliver quality management training and coordinate ESG data collection and reporting.
• Create reports and visuals on business and quality performance.

We are seeking a Management System & Sustainability Manager who will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and future improvements of the company's quality.

What you will do:

• Manage and maintain document control, including business processes and quality documentation.
• Maintain a standardized Quality Management System across Luminator EMEA & APAC.
• Maintain the process landscape and align documentation with customer ESG and environmental reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the internal specification approval process.
• Coordinate quality initiatives.
• Drive improvements based on internal and third-party audit findings.
• Identify Quality Management System improvements.
• Help process owners design and revise processes in line with ISO 9001.
• Monitor changes to quality standards, specifications, and legislation, and assess their impact.
• Coordinate the Luminator EMEA & APAC internal audit program.
• Deliver quality management training.

• Integrate and maintain ESG and sustainability requirements within the management system.
• Monitor and implement ESG, sustainability, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and standardize ESG processes within the management system.
• Coordinate ESG data collection, validation, and reporting to customer and corporate requirements.
• Support ISO 14001, ESG, and customer sustainability audits and assessments.

• Create reports and visuals on business and quality performance.
• Collaborate across departments and locations to ensure consistent management system practices.

What we are looking for:

• Completed studies in quality management/economics and/or industrial engineering / Higher commercial or technical training with further development in process.
• Internal Auditor / Process Auditor qualifications.
• Management System Standards (ISO9001/ISO14001/45001/ISO TS16949/ISO TS22163).
• Audits coordination.
• Implementation of quality management systems.
• ESG / Sustainability data management and reporting.
• Process expertise and design.
• Internal Auditor / Process Auditor.
• New technology with AI utilization.

• ISO9001 internal auditor, ISO9001 lead auditor, ISO9001 Management System Administrator, ISO 14001 Internal/Lead Auditor (preferred).
• ISO TS22163 Internal/Lead Auditor (advantage).
• ESG / Sustainability reporting training or certification (advantage).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• German and further languages skills are an advantage.
