Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to ensure continuous operation of sorting technology, record wear parts, plan replacements, and liaise with technical support.

The role covers on-site duties at Allegro facilities within a 250 km radius of Wrocław and requires independent problem solving, a Class B license, and willingness to shift work. Expect involvement in basic equipment repairs and collaboration with experienced teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Valid SEP electrical certification for up to 1 kV.
• Ability to make decisions independently and solve technical problems under time pressure.
• Holder of a Class B driver’s license.
• Communicative and a team player.
• Open to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of the sorting process using sorting technology.
• Record and analyze worn parts, plan replacements with new ones, and liaise with technical support.
• Prevent and resolve malfunctions in the roller/belt conveyor system.
• Perform simple equipment repairs.
• This is a mobile position: some work at Wrocław facilities and some at Allegro facilities within a 250 km radius.

Job description

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician:

• On a daily basis, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of the sorting process using sorting technology
• Your tasks will include recording and analyzing worn parts, planning their replacement with new ones, and liaising with technical support
• You will be responsible for preventing and resolving malfunctions in the roller/belt conveyor system
• You will perform simple equipment repairs
• This is a mobile position: part of the work will be at facilities in Wrocław, and part at Allegro facilities located within a 250 km radius

This is a good job for people who:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Hold a valid SEP electrical certification for up to 1 kV
• Are able to make decisions independently and solve technical problems, even under time pressure
• Hold a Class B driver’s license
• Be communicative and enjoy working with others—we work as a team every day.
• Be open to shift work

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of sorting systems
