Allegro Ltd. in Poznań is seeking a multitasking Customer Service Specialist who answers queries, verifies requests, and analyzes customer needs in Polish and English across email, phone, chat, Messenger and WhatsApp.

Answer queries, verify requests, and analyze Customer needs in both Polish and English across 5 contact channels: email, phone, chat, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
Build positive relationships with Customers.
Support Customers at various stages of using the Allegro platform.
Actively participate in creating procedures to improve work efficiency and Customer contact.
Collaborate with other departments across the platform.
Have experience in customer service, preferably across the following channels: email, phone, chat, WhatsApp, Messenger.
Have experience with online stores (e-commerce).
Are flexible and ready to work in an equivalent working time system (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
Have an excellent command of spoken and written Polish.
Have a good command of English and feel comfortable using it to communicate with Customers.
Are very familiar with the Allegro platform.
Can analyze data from various sources and work across multiple systems simultaneously.
Possess above-average communication skills and enjoy interacting with Customers.
Are open-minded, energetic, and customer satisfaction is your top priority.
Paid training for the first 3 months.
Two-shift work in an equivalent working time system from Monday to Sunday - work in a 4/1 model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) and 30 days of occasional remote work.
