Job summary
Woodward Aken GmbH is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure continuous operation of production machines and equipment in a facility serving industrial and aerospace sectors. You will create and implement preventive maintenance plans and resolve technical issues on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation systems.

Qualifications
- Engineer degree in Automation, Electronics, or Mechanics.
- At least 3 years of experience in a production plant.
- Experience in preventive maintenance in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation fields.
- Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and B&R PLC programming knowledge.
- Fanuc and Universal Robots environment knowledge.
- Ability to read and create technical electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
- Experience managing investment projects.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Electrical license up to 15 kV.
- Driving license category B.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of the technical condition of production machines, tools, equipment and infrastructure.
- Implementing preventive plans for new machines per standards.
- Identify, analyze and solve complex technical problems on production lines in mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and automation.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external specialists.
- Participate in industrial projects, ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Implement best practices in engineering processes.
