Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the continuous operation of production machines and equipment at a facility serving the industrial and aerospace sectors. You will create, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans, respond to technical problems, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineer degree in automation/electronics/mechanics.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar production-plant role.
• Experience in technical machine maintenance (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation).
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Electrical licenses up to 15 kV.
• Driving license category B.
• Read and create technical documentation, electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Experience in managing investment projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the technical condition of production machines, tools, equipment and infrastructure.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans for new machines.
• Identify, analyze and solve complex technical problems on production lines (mechanics, hydraulics, electrical, automation).
• Build and maintain relations with internal and external specialists for professional service.
• Participate in industrial projects ensuring standards and timelines.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
