Job summary

ABB in Poland is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance and servicing of production machines and automation equipment. You will diagnose and fix electrical and control system issues, program PLC controllers, and operate HMI/SCADA systems to ensure reliable production.

The role requires reading electrical diagrams, knowledge of automation systems, and the ability to work in a two-shift setup.

Qualifications

• Requires technical education in electrical/automation fields.
• Experience reading electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Knowledge of TPM/CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and servicing of production machines and automation equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and control system failures.
• Programming and configuration of PLC controllers (SIEMENS, etc.).
• Operation of HMI panels and SCADA systems.
• Maintaining failure and repair documentation in the TPM system.
• Development, optimization, and implementation of new maintenance solutions.
• Teamwork and cooperation with the production and engineering departments.
