Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. in Poland seeks a Mainframe Operational Support Specialist to join our team. You will handle incidents in the mainframe environment, drive resolutions, and participate in problem management and root-cause analysis.

You will work with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, IMS, and Base SAS, using TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and OPC/TWS. Strong English skills are required, and the role offers continuous learning in evolving mainframe technologies within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Incident Handling and Problem Management.
Strong analytical skills for incident analysis and troubleshooting.
Deep understanding of mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, IMS.
Hands-on experience with Base SAS.
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Nice to have: knowledge of REXX scripting, Shell scripting, Python, DevOps, Agile, cloud/mainframe modernization.
