Job summary

Nordea is seeking a skilled M365 AI Platform Architect to lead the architecture and roadmap for AI-enabled Microsoft 365 capabilities within the End User Engineering & Operations domain. The role focuses on agentic AI, governance, and secure integration across cloud platforms, partnering with stakeholders across Nordea.

You will shape standards, reference patterns and best practices, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions aligned with Nordea’s business strategy.

Qualifications

Strong AI and Microsoft 365 architecture experience across enterprise-scale environments.
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to drive strategic architecture discussions, facilitate decisions and build consensus among senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Proactively drive vision, target architecture and technical roadmap for AI and agentic AI platform enablement across M365 and related cloud platforms.
Define technical guardrails for AI capabilities like M365 Copilot and Copilot Agents.
Design and architect agentic AI solutions and frameworks, including SharePoint Agents and Copilot Studio.
Define tenant-level platform controls, admin settings and enablement policies.
Translate risk, security, privacy and compliance requirements into practical architecture and design controls.
