Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions. This permanent role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and well-governed Microsoft Power Platform architectures that align with the bank’s customer vision and business strategy.

The candidate will drive end-to-end architecture, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure adoption and governance across Power Platform components, including

Qualifications

Experience designing enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
Strong background in architecture, governance, and security for enterprise systems.
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable tech designs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform solutions.
Engage stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable designs.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and project teams through the lifecycle.
Establish architecture standards, governance, and patterns across the platform.
Develop adoption strategies and governance frameworks to maximize business value.
