Job summary

Nordea is seeking a M365 AI Governance & Risk Lead to join Content Management in End User Engineering & Operations. You will own governance, risk, and controls for Microsoft 365 AI, agentic AI capabilities, and related platform controls across a regulated enterprise.

You will coordinate with data privacy, security, legal and business stakeholders to implement practical controls, and ensure compliance with GDPR and EU AI regulations. Hybrid work in Łódź, Warsaw and Helsinki is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in governance, risk management, compliance, audit, information security or technology risk.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and related enterprise controls.
• Awareness of AI platforms (Gemini, Claude) and ability to assess governance implications.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Microsoft 365 AI and agentic AI governance model.
• Establish rules for allowed, conditional and prohibited use cases for Copilot Agents and related capabilities.
• Own the service lifecycle for Microsoft 365 AI governance & agentic AI capabilities.
