Job summary

Nordea seeks an M365 AI Governance & Risk Lead to own governance, risk, and control for Microsoft 365 AI capabilities within End User Engineering & Operations. You will coordinate with data privacy, compliance, legal, and security teams to ensure compliant, auditable AI enablement and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in governance, risk management, compliance, audit, information security or technology risk.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and related AI platforms and enterprise controls.
• Awareness of Gemini, Claude or similar GenAI platforms and governance implications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews with security, privacy, compliance, legal and business stakeholders.
• Ability to write policies, operating models, and management-ready summaries.
• Understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, DLP and risk management in regulated environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Microsoft 365 AI and agentic AI governance model.
• Establish rules for Copilot Agents, Co-work and related capabilities.
• Maintain governance requirements for agents in the tenant.
• Ensure AI capabilities are risk assessed in coordination with privacy, compliance, legal and security.
• Ensure AI enablement follows data protection, auditability and regulated-env requirements.
• Define evidence requirements for risk reviews, audits and management reporting.
• Translate policies into practical controls and operating procedures.
• Work with platform architecture and operations to ensure governance is enforceable.
• Own service lifecycle for Microsoft 365 AI governance and related capabilities.
• Ensure service operates within budgets, KPIs, SLAs and MSP expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and TCO considerations.
• Prioritize improvements and audit findings in backlogs.
