Job summary

PwC is expanding its M&A Operations / Delivering Deal Value team in Warsaw to help clients navigate complex post-merger integration, synergy analysis, and carve-out initiatives across borders.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, own day-to-day client relationships, deliver clear written findings to senior stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues, while applying innovative AI-based tools to drive value creation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in M&A-related projects in consulting, corporate, or PE.
• Experience leading teams.
• Strong financial and operational value driver understanding.
• Ability to interpret large data and translate into clear hypotheses.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic PMI initiatives and ensure value realization.
• Drive synergy analyses and quantify potential savings.
• Plan and manage carve-out and separation projects.
• Conduct detailed operational due diligence on target businesses.
• Support client communication to buyers and sell-side teams.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Contribute to business development with proposals and materials.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
