Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor outsourced facilities management service contracts (catering, cleaning, waste management, reception, service desk) for EIB Group buildings in Luxembourg.
• Provide operational input to hospitality service requirements within CRE construction/refurbishment programmes, ensuring service readiness and continuity.
• Monitor FM Service Desk ticketing activity, analyze KPIs, and implement actions for continuous improvement.
• Support quality controls for catering and cleaning services, driving corrective or preventive actions with providers.
• Monitor contractual compliance of outsourced providers and contribute to process standardisation and data quality improvements.
• Assist in integrating sustainability and environmental objectives into hospitality service contracts with measurable indicators.
• Coordinate external service providers and promote teamwork across the Unit and other services to ensure efficient delivery.
• Follow costs and service provider performance, measure against targets, and continuously improve cost and quality.
