Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree (min a Bachelor) in Law, Business Admin, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in public procurement and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of EU public procurement rules and tender procedures.
• Experience in managing tender processes and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with digital procurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes with full regulatory compliance and high legal standards.
• Translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies and contract solutions.
• Prepare, oversee tender documentation, evaluations and award proposals with transparency and auditability.
• Governance controls including verification of authorities and signatories.
• Lead designated procurement categories (e.g. IT, licensing) for cost optimisation.
• Identify and manage procurement risks including outsourcing and supplier dependencies.
• Contribute to policy standardisation and continuous improvement of procurement tools and templates.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and regulatory frameworks.
